Handbook – Expenses

Expenses incurred purchasing items for running a scouting section can be claimed back by contacting the treasurer. We have no formal claim form, but please send an email to treasurer@chorleywoodscouts.org with scanned copies of receipts, and detail of what has been purchased and what it has been used for. Leader uniforms do not come out of section budgets, nor do badges. (note – we may have an expenses form soon, as at Nov 2023, please email treasurer for a copy)
